Reliance Communications — network unavailability

I am legitimate customer of reliance jio mobile no-[protected]for 3 months now, the network availability in my colony (I. T. I. Township sector 4mankapur gonda pin-271308) is very poor,, even after huge number of complaints against the network by the residents,, the concerned company is not taking any action to improve the situation,, one of my recent complaint number is "mr0000d13lyd". So i request you to plz help me solve this problem,, do guide me in this matter futher if possible by contacting me on [protected]
