Reliance Communications — not able to contact customer care need a alternate number | |||
I am having reliance big tv connection for 10 yrs. For past 2 days its showing error 400 and i am not able to see any channels ( i tried all the troubleshooting but nothing seems to work) and i tried to contact customer care and its always busy. so i need a alternate number to contact customer care so that i can book an appointment with a technnician to resolve the problem. so pls help me in this issue. I am from bypass road duraisamy nagar madurai tamilnadu.there is a tower in my house for which reliance paid me every month but for the last 2 years there is no payment at all.i mailed many times but there is no response.i don't know where to contact.provide me the details.
