Reliance Communications — not getting porting code

My no is [protected]. I want to port this reliance no to any other network, but reliance is not providing me mnp no. Kindly give me some solution as soon as possible. I am a long time user of reliance gsm service and this no is primarily used by me but now it is very much harassing that company is going to shutting down its services. So kindly resolve mnp issue as early as possible.
