Reliance Communications — not receiving upc code for mnp

Sir,
My name is santosh kumar tiwary am using reliance gsm number [protected] (Bihar & jharkhand circle), but recently this number is not in service because reliance gsm service was stooped by service provide. This is my personnel number and i gave this number to all my friends, bank and adhar number. Resulting, i am facing lot of difficulties. My sim number is[protected].
Keeping in view the above, it is therefor requested that please provide upsc code so that i may be started my this number to avoid any inconvenience to me.
