Reliance Communications — number not allowed to port despite full payment | |||||
Dear reliance team, I used ur services for more then 15 years but due to winding up of company i was asked to port out to other network which i could not despite paying my last bill twice because it couldn't be updated in reliance communications website, even when it was deducted from my account and credited in ur account. My no. Is [protected] and this was my only number which i was using and m a lawyer and in this no. Only my bank and my clients were contacting and since i was not allowed to port this no. To another network neither m able to do any online transactions and nor my clients are able to contact me and m suffering huge loss due to disconnection of this number. Kindly help me so that my number can be activated.
