[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Number not recharged despite payment

I got my cell number [protected] recharged at ur sec.35 chandigarh centre last week and paid rs.247. Now after more than a week, my number has not started working. Everytime i contact them or ur customer care no., i am told the server is down and no status due to technical fault. i feeling grately harassed. Pl solve my problem and make my no.
