I had paid the bill on 4th oct 2017 (Transaction id [protected]) of rs.468 for september month bill (My postpaid number [protected]) but it has been added in this october month bill. Please recheck it and do tell asap.

Dear sir/madam

I want to stop my postpaid number ([protected]) service from now onwards as i am not happy with the network it provides and the physical service provided at reliance point, r ranghirkahari, silchar, is not satisfactory. Please allow my number to be ported into airtel operator.
I have already submitted the porting request to airtel and hope you have received the same from the airtel side as well.
I want to say this to customer care number that is [protected]/[protected] which the ivr instructed me but failing to do it, made me to write this email to you.
Please tell if any outstanding is left till date and tell me the procedure to pay it asap by informing me via mail or sms so that i will not be a defaulter which i was not with you as because i have paid all my dues on time.
Now, my outgoing is bared and as because i could not contact the customer care number i. E, [protected]/[protected], i recorded the video showing the number from my other mobile for future proof that i have tried to contact you for the same.
Please allow my number to be ported in the airtel operator and do inform me as soon as possible if any dues left out.
