[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Outgoing blocked in roaming | |||
Hi, I have [protected] postpaid number since last 5 years with reliance. This number is used by my wife. She is in roaming without me and outgoing has been stopped without any reason. I have even paid the last month bill on 1 dec. When talked to customer care, they are asking to visit reliance store. I asked why? For which they had no answer. I also have idea number while i never had such issue with them. Its very frustrating that a lady is roaming and its outgoing has been barred. She is not able to communicate with the family. While I have paid the Nov month bill thats 808. Now customer care saying I have bill of 8000. How could it be possible of a bill of 8000 while 2800 is the credit limit and every month used to be 804 even in case of roaming.
