Reliance Communications — points balance showing up just rs. 0.36, in spite of me not redeemed single time since long years

This is huge scandal going on of reliance membership card.
I have never utilised my redeem points at all, since i have taken reliance membership long years.
Even on 25th feb 2018, i purchased around 1600/- items @ reliance fresh, chamundeshwari layout, vidyaranyapura, bangalore.

When gave missed to [protected], to find out the balance points received message as rs. 0.36.

Please give justification on this complaint.
