Reliance Communications — port code not received

Hi my number is [protected] and it is showing full network and i have done recharge i got the balance i am getting message sms from others on my number but i am unable to send port code request and i have also not got the same from company. Please help me in porting my number to any other operator or to jio. I am getting full network in pune maharastra and in allahabad uttar pradesh also i tried contacting customer care but call not connected. I am getting not reachable message when i call on my above mentioned number.
