Reliance Communications — port out number for reliance gsm numbers

As the reliance stopped signals abruptly from[protected] to my reliance prepaid gsm sim 4g bearing mobike no's. [protected] and [protected] and could not get messages and calls from my claims being advocate, i request you to send me the port out portability numbers and code to them to my gmail is "sankar. [protected]@gmail.com" immediately and i did not receive any message to the said numbers till date. No signals are shown till date. I sent emails to customercare and gsm.
