[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Portability code not generating

I am not able to generate portability code from my Reliance Gsm number [protected].
I want to switch over to bsnl but could not able to generate portability code.
Even can't able to reach customer care also. They are blocked my number. Not connecting to customer care.
If that's is the case I will file a FIR stating not allowing portability from Reliance to Bsnl on Reliance communication.
Really such kind of chip services
