This is Sunita Yadav i am using reliance postpaid service in Ghaziabad UP [protected] now i need to port my reliance number to other network(Jio ). I tried but from last 25 days every time my request is rejected from your side, with reason that [protected] mobile number is not active from Reliance or Reliance have not know about this number, I ask you that when Reliance have not responsible for this this number then why provide me every month bill and why i am paying bill, That i have already paid I have tried again port request to Airtel, So i request you to help me out of this as soon as possible [protected]-haryana... Reliance Communications — Postpaid Simcard
I had applied for change of my plan from postpaid to prepaid of number [protected]. But the company executive declined my request. This is cheating by the company as they earn more money through postpaid services. This is literally looting the consumer and is a great Injustice. Please help.
