Reliance Communications — portability issue, when rcom already closed service in gujarat

To-day we visited rcom bharuch offer and know our account status, which copy is attached. Account statement shows our credit amount. When you closed service in gujarat circle, you have no right to intrrept customer portability right.

Recently we received sms for closing service in gujarat. ref. to sms we
Selected jio network and finishing process for portability.
Before process, we checked account balance through sms and receiving
Message for 0 amt. but from your end our portability application was
Rejected with reason pending pyt. from us.
With the help of rcom, we made pyt. as per follows :
Sept. invoive amt. - rs. 352/-
Less : our deposit - rs.300/-
Plus : voice charge - rs.258/- -suggested by rcom - bharuch
Pyt. paid rs.310/- on dtd.: 29/09/2017 which receipt is attached
After above, again portability process and again rejected with same
Reason.

So what do you want for portability clearance ? no support / no
Communication to excisting customers !!!

In past, we already suffered for service, which communication are as

05/04/2011.

Reliance caf upload date - dt.: 09/04/2011.

Gsm sim card received date - dt.: 11/04/2011.

Assurance given to activate gsm sim card - dt. : within 7 days.

Now to-day's date is 25/04/2011 and yet i am continuously trying with
*333, rim bharuch outlet, nodal officer for activing my sim card !!! a
Very shameful for reliance, india's no.: 1 network !!!
This is my last try & request and tomorrow, i will compel to go for
