Reliance Communications — porting code not received

Dear Sir,

I was using a Reliance prepaid number [protected] but I am not received porting number as reliance has closed its connections and I am not able to use the same.I wont be able to contact reliance customer care as i was not in town.
Kindly auggest what is the process to port the number.
Request you please help met out of this as it is really important.
