Reliance Communications — postpaid data card services | |||
I have been utilizing 2g reliance data card#[protected]. Suddenly, they inactivated my data card during may, 2016 and requested me to pay rs.1500/- to upgrade from 2g to 3g/4g which i denied to pay and requested to discount the services. Later they sent me mail on 29th august., 2016 for payment of outstanding rs.1248.14 and immediately i called customer care explained about the inconvenience faced by me and also sent reply to reliance customer care (Rcom. [protected]@relianceada.com) referring interaction no.[protected]and requested again to discontinue the services without any further notice as i have not utilized their service. Inspite of that, i have been receiving sms (More than 100 instances) stating that in case i don't pay rs.1248.14, they will take legal action, which is unfair. I have received sms today going to file case against under section 406 & 415-e of ipc make payment avoid legal action. This kind of threating is unfair to the customer though the problem lies with reliance communications. I request you to look into the matter and close the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
