[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Problem in billing | |||
I am having 4 nos[protected]/ [protected]/[protected]/[protected], we had changed the plan to 299 /- & had cancelled all the extras such as sms pack, std pack & cug in all the mobiles in march & letter had been given for the same in your store, bhanu madam is taking care for the same. Every month i get bill amount more than the plan. Inspite of talking to your accounts dept. No changes are being made in the billing & i will be forced to cancell all the 4 nos if i dont get the correct reply with in today & shift to other service provider. Now again i am getting the massage so as to your out going will be barred if the bill amount is not paid. Awaiting for the reply. Mahesh Was this information helpful? | |||
