[Resolved] Reliance Communications — balance deduction | |||||
My mobile no [protected] and i have reliance gsm card. Reliance dedicated my 142 rs main balance on 12-7-17, while i have net balance too in my mobile phone. And when i call customer care to complain about deduction they disconnect my call. I want my 142 rs balance back in my phone and stop these this types of cheating with customers again in future. I do not use reliance 3g from 3days. but no help me reliance customer care. they are not receive customer call. please help me sir. my reliance mobile [protected]. tower show full but not see E symbol. R symbol. kindly help me sir.
For last 2 days, i am unable to access the internet through reliance smart SIM.
I tried many times to contact with customer care executive, but I have failed cause they were very busy with another customer. I am very disappointed with the service.

I recharged my Mob no [protected] with Rs100/- now company automatically deducted the balance. I call customer care so they refund some money but now i am unable to contact customer care. I am requested to you please help me to refund my balance.
