Reliance Communications — provide wrong porting code

Sir,
I am a costmer of relience communication from about 9 yr ago, my pre paid m no. Is [protected], its my so impotant m no., as i use it on banking, adhar card etc and for personal use. Company provde me a porting code ey845318 in nov 2017 which is valid up to dec 2017. By using this upc code i was try to port my m no.in airtel first time in 20 nov 2017 and two time in dec 2017 but still fail to port that my imp m no. Please help me for porting
