[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Quality of service | |||
I am using reliance sim card. Two days ago I have recharged with 149 for free tariff. But each time I am calling someone I am hearing only one thing that is the customer you are calling is speaking to someone else. This is happening with all the calls which I am dialling. I am not able to use my sim card and also not able to make use of my offer. And when I call to the customer service its taking me too long to get connect to an agent but each time I am getting a message saying our customer service associate is unavailable to take call right now and they had disconnecting the call as well. I am requesting you to take necessary action against this and please make arrangements to use the service for which I am making the payments Was this information helpful? | |||
