Dear all,

After 5 days over still now i'm not getting any call πŸ“ž or revert from your end what the hell man???

Total rs. 40 was deducted in 6 days. Kindly look into matter in highest priority basis and do needful immediately as soon as possible.

Hence, i request u to that actually i've put a complaint about reliance system bad service nothing more else totally worst service. Please helpout me how to gets this retaliations offer urgently or i'm requesting to all reliance team that please provide any solution for the same issue and escalated this matter to concern department and take action immediately also give my docket number and call back my registered number accordingly for the customer service experience.

I am trying to find my way to complaint you in pg portal nothing more else.

What i am looking for against my complaint???

1. Kindly stop βœ‹ this fraud working, without any concern valuable balance was deducted from my main account why i don't know what to do???

2. The outgoing and incoming services should be activated on my mobile with incoming and outgoing services.

3. The network problem should be resolved as soon as possible or i should be given a deadline for resolving the same.

Kindly do needful immediately and as soon as possible and take action against backend and technical team nothing more else also will be should try to give best services of valuable customer.

Who is going to pay for the faulty service? How do you compensate me for your service not working for almost for a complete month?

It's a totally miss managed service that reliance gsm is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money in regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. They charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don"t think about customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit.

Where is the proof that my case has been escalated. I am really struggling hard to write up decent words in my email. Because i just see that you guys continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very beginning i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and highly unprofessional mailing team & backend team.



I am trying to find my way to complain you in public ⛣ forum nothing more else.

What i am looking for against my complaint???

I've many times tried Reliance team who was Mr. Abhijeet Kumar and Sr. of Mr. Rajeev Narayan no one can helpout this same. It's totally harassing for me.

So, its my humble request actually I've put a complaint about Reliance GSM bad service nothing more else totally worst service. Kindly look into mater in top priority and give me thousand times of clarification how its possible for in daily basis without any intimation my balance was deducted???
