Reliance Communications — received a bill even after their services has been stopped | |||
I have a postpaid no of reliance communication [protected] and they had stopped india vide services in october and they just sent us a bill dated for november. Because of this i am even unable to port my no and they have stopped all customer services by now. This is really troubling for any consumer and something must be done for this. Am purchased cloths in reliance trends worth 7168 rupees, my reward points are not gives to me, sales person has made manual billing and he takes registered mobile number of my reliance one card and he also tells using SBI card get 5% cash back it is also not getting kindly check once
