My mts account no was [protected].
From november, i was not able to connect to internet through mts dongle. So i tried to reach mts customer care no but no one received the call. All stores are also closed. So i was getting frustrated snd mailed to mts to close my connection. I was not informed officially that mts is merged with rcom. Now on dec 2nd, i received a bill of 2500 from rcom that my due bill is 2397.
I do not understand why i should pay the bill when i have requested for connection closure as i was not able to use their service. It was not my fault that mts/rcom was not reachable to any number and they also did not reply. I am requesting rcom to rollback the bill and if the connection is still open then please close the connection. Was this information helpful? |
