[Resolved] Reliance Communications — recharge stv 94, didn't get full benefits | |||
I have done my recharge 14/09/2017 of rs.94 for data 1gb per day for 45 days but after 2 days the data seems to be 2 gb only balance 26 gb doesn't get updated to me properly and i can't even get in touch with the customer care when i try to call customer care to file complaint it says thank you for calling reliance and ends the call automatically. Pls help i have done 2nd recharge it also seems to be the same problem I recharged my rim [protected] with stv 94 (1gb per day for 45 days) on 14/09/2017. As per plan i got sms mentioning that stv 94 and 1gb / day for 45 days is activated. But ussd *367*3# showed 2 gb 4g data and 46 gb lite (Is this lte?) data in my account. I used only around 750mb data on next day and then rs 44 got deducted from main balance. Please refund my main balance and let me know what is lite data and how i can use this 46 gb lite data. I can't even get in touch with the customer care. The customer care says thank you for calling reliance and ends the call automatically. I wrote a complaint to [protected]@relianceada.com, but no response even after reminders. I am using 4g rim sim on 4g lte mobile handset. Was this information helpful? | |||
