From 29 Sept no voice or sms.so I have to port to any other network to be able to retain my no.
But on 3 september I did a recharge of 786 (1gb/day for 6 months)..I want refund of that amount because when I port it will lapse.
They should have stopped the recharging services if they were to stop their network.
Can't contact customer care on phone as they say they r in emergency.
This is frustrating.i just want my money back.
