I t. Durga bhavani one of reliance mobile user wieh no [protected], hereby infroming you that in the month of august 5th of 2017 i paid extra amount regarding advanced monthly charges rs 515. After taking hasty decision i. E withdrawal of network i planned to shift to airtel. Till date i cleared all payments. With the promise made by you i paid the advance rental charges its your duty to refund the amount as early as possible. Or else let me know the steps in refunding my amount..
