Reliance Communications — refund of deposits and cash balances in my acct, after transporting my mobile number to other service provider

In november 2017, i transported my telephone number from rcom to vodafone, with the advice and guidance of the local service outlet of reliance com. They assured me that all the deposits and balances with rcom will be automatically refunded within 30 days. But, i have not received the same till now. My letter to the company also remain unresponded.
