[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — refund of excess payment paid

Updated status of my complain as on 23rd september, 2017 stands unresolved. Whey you comment resolved?
Where is the refund dd? Please send the excess payment paid by me on account of terminated broadband service id :[protected].
Reliance communications customer care e-mail id [protected]@relianceada.com not responding to my e-mails. Nobody attend the customer care number[protected]. It has been for the last four months reliance communications limited is using my money amounting to rs.3162/-
