Team, Sub: - non receipt of refund of security deposit after 90 days Mob no.[protected], name - purvi hetal gandhi With the captioned subject and reference i would like to bring to your kind knowledge that i had asked for switch from post paid connection to prepaid in 3rd week of sep 2017 i. E. Much more than 90 days. At the time of switching it was promised that security deposit will be refunded to us within 90 days but i am still awaiting for that. On the top of this, most disgusting things are: A) they have discontinued all customer call center numbers and none of reliance care desk at local level (Malad east, mumbai) is answering to this. B) no response to email written to their appellate department on 21st dec 2017 & 4th jan 2018. It is really disappointing that being such a good brand name they are playing with customer money & it seems no one in system is carrying about customers. I am sure that this would be a feeling for all other users as well. If they still have some creditability values left out then request to refund my security deposit at the earliest. Sorry to say but since there is no response from Reliance communication, I am sure now that there are too many heavily impacted parties are supporting this kind of CHOR's (while color gunda's).
