Hi,

I have already put a compliant regarding mails / sms that i am getting for some outstanding bill. On my previous complaints, i received a call from your office on Monday who told me actual outstanding is 465 instead of 1178. I asked that person to drop me a mail on the same which he hasn't.

To my surprise i recevied another mail today. PFB the same.

My point here is whether anybody in RCOM monitoring such harassment or whether this is just prank. The mails are coming from a gmail server. Is this authentic??

Can someone please look into this and resolve the same. Am expecting more professionalism and righteous approach from the management.
