Dear sir,
As on telephonic information dated[protected] and service request no.[protected] regarding centrex system 80 telephone lines are dead. After 12 days left lines are not working upto. This office is u. P. Government deptt. And govt. Schemes are effective & lose of govt. Revenue.
Pl. Remove this problem immediately. If not solve this problem talk to your seniors/head office.

I want to know why my caller tune has been removed without any deactivation message and about 20 days were left
