[Resolved] Reliance Communications — rejection of number porting

Reliance shut down my postpaid connection and are now rejecting my porting over to vodafone. They claim that there is an outstanding balance, which is absolutely incorrect. I have made payments over and above what was due - and they don’t even have any way left for me to generate a final bill. No customer service to contact, they don’t respond to emails on social media. No physical location open either. It is such a shame that they put customers through such nonsense. I regret having gone to reliance. Number is [protected].

I have not received any communication directly from Reliance, nor is there any sign of refund of my money that is still with them. However, my number was successfully ported out of their network.
