Reliance communication 4g not working since past 2 months. All attempts to contact the company's customer support for terminating my post paid account have been unsuccessful. Reliance communication outlets in pune are not supporting any related issues any more (They just say that the service has shut down).
Despite the continuous outage of service over the last 2 months, the company keeps sending bills to me.

I want to terminate my account with reliance communication for the 4g service.

This is Sujata Tillu. My subscriber ID is [protected]. Your reliance 4Gwipod LTE is of no use to me, there is no service from reliance since Nov2017. I have been continuously requesting you since January 2018 to terminate service settle account and stop sending bills. I have paid bills till Feb 2018 even when there is no service from reliance since 2017.. On what basis reliance is sending bills when there is .no service from reliance since Nov2017 & when I have been repeatedly requesting you to terminate service settle account & stop sending bills since Jan 2018. I DO NOT WANT RELIANCE AS MY SERVICE PROVIDER. STOP SENDING BILLS IMMEDIATELY.

Hello atulnr, this is Sujata Tillu, like you even I want to terminate service for reliance 4g wipod lte. I am receiving bills from reliance even when their is no service from them since Nov2017.Also in Pune thete is no reliance shop. I am continuously requesting reliance to stop their service since Jan2018. They are ignoring the service termination & account settling requests & sending bills by doubling the amount. Are you experiencing the same?
