[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — reliance demanding payment for hsn no [protected]

I have made every attempt to resolve issue working with reliance customer care before reaching or opting to try this option for hsn no [protected]. My issue is:

1) reliance data card connection (Hsn no [protected]) i cancelled in bangalore on 25th feb 2015 (More than two years back) paying all dues and submitting my dongle to jp nagar outlet, bangalore. However reliance is stating i have outstanding amount of rs. 645/- to be cleared.
2) when i explain they get satisfied but after every few months a new set of people comes and threaten me for legal action. First time i gave all details around feb 2017 and they said we are closing the request and i need not worry.
3) second time again another agency called and said they were not aware of this background. After providing details they are closing this case.
4) now third time, the threat has started just with sms with no number to call. I sent 4-5 emails to reliance customer care, tried live chat/phone customer care, called customer care all are not responding to me or saying they are not aware as this is some corporate connection whereas this was personal connection. When i asked how should i proceed they redirected me to each other and result is only redirection and no help. Or clarification.

So i am escalating it.
Now first time i. E. On 9th feb 2017, here are the details of the case that i collected from reliance customer care (Note this is the same number which i tried the third time but they are stating i cannot help as they are not able to access my file details).
1) as per my bank record & confirmed from customer care, i paid amount of rs. 280/- against the outstanding and gave cancellation request for the dongle on 25th feb 2015 in j. P. Nagar outlet, bangalore. The reliance team has note for rs. 280/- and termination request connection for 2nd march 2015. The sr number is[protected]. I don't know why the termination was not initiated on 25th feb itself and its on 2nd march 2015. Now because i paid the bill they did not terminate instead continued the connection in mar, april and may 2015. There was no usage because i submitted the dongle along with my cancellation request. Now once everything is done, i did not keep the cancellation request record so i don't have physical copy or proof except for the service request which clearly states to cancel my connection. So this according to me is their internal system problem i cannot be hold responsible for it.
2) reliance is not at all looking at the data they have and directly threatening customer for this.
3) the live chat i had with rcom is attached,

I got a call from the reliance rcomappellate.[protected]@relianceada.com office which is suppose to be escalation desk. The escalation desk told me to register a proper complaint and clarified that the earlier ticket numbers are not the complaint numbers. They gave me number 30333333 or[protected]. i called this number and they said they cannot register my complaint I need to call to the corporate number[protected]. I called the corporate number and they are stating that this number is disconnected we cannot take complaint. I called up the Reliance alliance desk and they have told me to register a complaint first then only they can do something. So when I told about customer care experience now they told me to visit the store. Due to my job I need to be moving across India. I went to Amravati reliance store and they told I need to register a complaint in Bangalore as the number is terminated. So when I reached bangalore now, I went to couple of reliance store now. The first store I went was S.L. Agencies, HSR layout. Its found that the agency is closed by reliance. Then I went to another reliance store that is in Koramangala area i.e. Manjunatha agencies. These agencies seems to have closed their operations as well. Now I am reaching over Reliance COmmunication Head Office Bangalore and talk to them about this. But look at the sheer efforts reliance is harrasing the customer. The rcomappellate.[protected]@relianceada.com team is just being the mock and not helping me at all. No appropriate person is calling me also.

I explored the option of going to consumer court and filling my complaint there. It would demand me to be physically be there and visit court for 6 months to 1 year time. My patience ends here. I paid the excess amount as it is not much for me but Reliance you are registered as fraudster for me. I regretfully note you as doing business without ethics and in future if we cross roads I am going to remember it for long. I wish there is some hero who stands out and really make reliance pay for all doings and wrong practices they adopt. Will wait for government of INdia to implement the process with the spirit of it rather than complicated logical entity.

The request is not closed at all. The reliance team has said that their corporate team will call me and talk to me about the same, but nobody called and the threatening is going on. So please do not call this issue as closed. I hope we are on same page.
