Not getting reliance network from 1 month in delhi ncr

Unable to get port code.

Unable to contact reliance customer care.

Without port code other mobile operators are not ready to port my number.

I am using that number from 3 years.

Therefore i am not able to process my port request.

Please provide me valid upc code so that i can port my number to other network.
