Since I haven't receieved any response to my porevious complaint from Reliance, I'am submitting a new complaint, please see all the details below as mentioned in my previous complaint. I am still receiving threatening calls and text messages from Reliance. Can anyone please help me in this case? Hi Sir/Madam, My name is Mayur S. Bhoj My Netconnect Id: [protected] I am also victim of reliance data card. (False promise on 4G plans plan change without intimation / sending excess bill amount / no response on service complaints / reliance threatening by messages) GREATEST WORRY! Reliance Customer Care ([protected]@relianceada.co, [protected]@relianceada.com and reli.zen.[protected]@gmail.com) and Reliance Appellate Authority are not even acknowledging the complaints sent via EMAIL? Why? To avoid litigation? Before upgrading to 4g we were told that the plan will remain same, there will be no change in current data plan rentals & benefits. Please see attached image for proof, I also have e-mail confirming that there will be no change in plan. Still reliance have changed the plan without informing me and sent incorrect bill (this is the reason I have decided to terminate reliance connection). If a customer is using postpaid plan he has right to take permission or information of any plan changes. No Call, SMS or Alert was sent. As a result like many postpaid users I have received bill in the range of 2500 as my UNLIMITED plan ([protected]@599) was changed to LIMITED plan without informing. Not only this, my services have been stopped until I pay the bill. Also, connection which stopped working when reliance was upgrading to 4g. For 2 months I suffered and paid my bills even when I couldn't use net. I had to go for alternate connection as a backup. After calling consumer care repeatedly (avg call hold time 20 min each time) Now am getting mail of going to Lok Aadalat and Pre-Litigation No LK/OCT16/Z8OCT105008... This is HARASSMENT and causing me so much of inconvenience, because of this my personal life is getting affected and this behaviour does not suit the dignity and stature of Reliance. Please can someone look into this matter and take strict action against Reliance as there are thousands of consumer complaints registered against reliance.
