Reliance Communications — reliance postpaid - paid bill amount 350 in aug month before due date at reliance store but missed by store and got late

Dear Team,
My reliance postpaid number is [protected] and I paid the bill amount rs 350 in cash at reliance store(anandeshwar communications, kachari, kanpur) on 23rd aug '17 i.e well before due date.But due to store negligence it was not updated on the server and got late.same can be confirmed from the store.
Late bill charges should be waived off.
