[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Reliance Wi-pod No speed not even 1 MBPS

We bought wifi-pod on 17th June. after activation we used it for 3 days and We have raised many compliants for checking network connection in my area but still no one has came. We want to return the REL Wi-POD. Please tell me whether it will be rectified before billing date or not. Problems are: disconnecting automatically after sometime and showing LIMITED access. Very slow speed not even 1 MBPS. Every one is escaping to solve this issue. we talked to Live chat, mailed and customer care number .. all the options tried no one came up with solution. but now the billing date came, they are telling your 5GB plan data is very less that is why your not getting speed. If it is the case why it is not happend when there is data.we got answer from nearest store like we are not responsible, talk to customer care. This is worst network.i don't want to recommend to any friends. We want return this datacard we are not ready to pay any amount.It is not upto 14.7 mbps, is just 750kbps only

Hi,
I have WiPod connection, bearing no: [protected].
5th of every month the plan should get reset and Pro3 should get activated.

However, this month it did not happen.

I have booked 2 complaints with reliance customer care and they closed the 1st complaint without checking whether the issues has been solved or not.

I booked the 2nd complaint, no:[protected] and whenever i contact reliance customer care i get silly reasons and till date the issue has not been solved.
Also i got suggestion from reliance customer care representative to terminate the connection.

Guys, reliance is fooling us all...

First of all even Pro3 speed is not good, poor that 2G and their customer care sucks..

Please don't go for any sort of reliance net connection...

Reliance ( WIPOD) not Resolved my complaint from April’16, so I Want to disconnect my connection permanently

From Last few years I am a customer of Reliance. From April 2016 onwards my internet is not working .I already paid Rs.1370/ dated 04.04.2016 and my next bill date is 17.07.2016. In April Firstly they barred my connection without my knowledge and they send one bill amount of Rs.1577.12( whereas I had already paid up to July. Then I lodged a complaint and they said that it is reliance’s technical mistake, reliance will resolve it shortly. Then onwards I don't have net connection. Several time I called Reliance customer care and also informed physically to reliance outlet (SURRIA AGENCIES, Pondicherry). But till date it’s not solved. Always reliance people assured us it will be solved. But NO RESULT. So On 2nd July 2016 I had informed Reliance customer care to disconnect my connection permanently, and they told me that they will call me within 24hrs. but nobody called. Again I called Reliance customer care on 03rd July but they disconnected my call. Then I called reliance customer service on 06th July they gave me the complaint ID.No[protected] and said they will call me within 48hrs. On 09th July customer care called me and again they are telling same story, insisting us to take 4G connection.
On ( 13.07.16) again reliance customer care called me to take 4G connection, then I called again Reliance Customer care and they told me I have to pay Rs.686/ charge for this month ( Verbally they told). And on 21.07.16 they msg and also mail me to pay Rs.686 within 5th August’16. But my question is, why should I have to pay again? They have not given their service for the last 3months whereas I already paid for that. And again they are asking money for the terminal ...!!! ???
For this incident myself and my family lost our money and mental peace also. My daughter being in 11th standard has failed to submit several assignments. Sadly, Reliance failed to fulfill the basic necessity of providing net connection and instead they harassed me with their futile calls. Please disconnect my connection permanently otherwise I have to go to Consumer court (I have no other choice).

PLEASE TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION IMMEDITELY.

My Data card number is [protected].I'm 5 yrs old Reliance data card customer then I was forced to change to 4G, upgarde free and brought the 4G wipod by online for 2700 cash on delivery. They promised the same data plan as before. But they didnt do as promised.change monthly plan without intimate me and I got Monthly bill 2531 instead of 307 INR and Stop service of wipod because credit limit is 2000 INR.i visited Reliance head office at Prahladnagar (Ahmedabadad) GUJARAT at a time.there are Two ladies Mrs.Zeba and Pinky, who handle all this type of Cheated customer by Reliance.They said wait for some time.we'll waive off your bill.after a week, i received Massage of 1500 INR Payable amount.again i visited Reliance Office at Prahladnagar.Many Unsatisfied-cheated customers are there and that two ladies are among all to convince to pay so called amount.I said them that i am ready to pay my monthly amont bill of 307 as usually but they insisted you have to pay bill and also not calling Other authorised Officer.Big-Big Cheater Company Reliance.why they should do to their Very old customer like us about 5 yrs old.
Now, I installed Fixed Line and Proceed ahead.Reliance fraud Company Lost One Old Customer.Iam frustrated with the customer service as well.There are no proper responses.They said that I had to migrate from 3G to 4G. This is regarding the Reliance Wi-pod connection which I got last year and this year I was forcibly made to move onto 4g as they were not going to provide the services on the CDMA dongle that I had brought. I was also promised that I would be continuing the same plan on my new Wi-pod. But that never happened. And on their own whims and fancies they have switched my plan, but I was told the bill will be same as the CDMA connected Wi-pod.

After getting the dongle it was not functioning for 15 days and on calling the customer care do not have the courtesy to listen to the problem and then resolve it. Hence I have stopped using the dongle and switched over to other network.Now Reliance Service Provider has threatened me to proceed against me with legal action.

I am not ready to pay the bill to the extent that the service provider as demanded. I am willing to pay the bill for 15 days (proportionately) only as I have used your services (Approx Rs. 575.00). Just giving me a bill of 3530 for the service which I have not used is not the way you demand money from the people. People will pay for the service what we have used, we are not here to pay just randomly.

THEREFORE, I HUMBLY REQUEST YOU NOT TO ALLOW THE SERVICE PROVIDERS TO SUCK THE HARD EARNED MONEY OF COMMON PEOPLE LIKE ME

I have asked to close the connection and following up reliance store since July-2016. When I visited first time (7th July-2016) to reliance store they told due to network issues, closure request cannot be taken. Then I have sent mail on 16th July-2016 saying to close the connection. Second time when I visited reliance store they told to contact customer care, they will guide because they cannot close the connection. I followed up with customer care through call to close the connection and the again I sent mail of 26th July-2016, I got auto mail response saying we will contact, but there is no reply. Then finally I got customer care and asked about closure, they told to pay the amount I paid 689 as per the my plan. Physically Handed over closure request on 17th Sep-2016, still not closed I am not sure because reliance store they did not give any acknowledgement. Still I am receiving bills, which I cannot pay and today I got call from customer care saying legal action will be taken, if not paid. How will I pay without usage the service also the amount is more than my regular plan, which is not conveyed to me on the plan change and I did not request.

Please do the needful.

I do not want to Continue the service, I have requested cancellation on 13th July-2016. I cannot pay the amount which is billed for 4G data during Aug-2016, where I am using 3G data only as per old plan using mobile. Now a days I am not using at all.

For closure this is third time I visited Reliance Store and called customer care, where they are not taking any actions for closure. I am not sure I visited 17th Sep-2016 as well and handed over closure request, Seems not processed yet. Where I am not getting & not providing any proof on closure request, they told some SMS will come still I did not receive.

I am receiving calls from customer care after I stopped payment. I have asked for closure 7th July-2016 at Reliance store at West Tambaram, I mailed on 13th July-2016, I did not hear anything from customer care, now last week only I am getting call to pay the amount with out providing the bill details customer care team is asking to pay around Rs. 2090/- without any basis.

Please provide bill details, as per my plan the monthly rental Rs, 689 including tax for 3G data (5GB day+5GB Night and unlimited 2G data).
