Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that, I made a request to your customer service for disconnection of Net Connect account. I have sent mail to the so called Customer Service of Reliance Communication [protected]@relianceada.com, and their appelate authority rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com (Mail Copies Attached) requesting for disconnection of Net Connect Service. But I understood that the mail id given in their bills and website customercare @relianceada.com is not for the use of customers. In this regard executives contacted me and said that we will disconnect the connection and asked me to pay me the full and final settlement and email was sent from Mr.Chandrasekar.[protected]@relianceada.com (Mail Copy attached) as per the mail I have paid Rs.Rs 721/- (Receipt attached) and to my surprise I am receiving pending dues mail and legal mails Suresh, Was this information helpful? | |||||
