Reliance Communications — request to close a reliance netconnect account

I have emailed them two months ago to close my account. There is no response. All their shops are closed and their helpline numbers are not responded to.
There was a shop in parel which closed down several months ago. There is a shop in matunga which only accepts payments
How on earth does one connect with rcom and close the account?
I am not even using the wipod as i have swithched to jio
I am looking for assistance in closing the account.
