Reliance Communications — requested to cancel the connection in dec 2017 and no action

Hi,
I was using reliance 4 g post paid connection and i was not able to use the connection in nov and i did request to cancel my connection in dec and fully paid the bill and sent an email to all the email dl provided without any help today also received an bill for the month of jan without any usage.
Could you please let me know how to proceed further.
