Reliance Communications — Service termination | |||
I had purchased reliance wifi data card (Connection no. [protected]) from reliance gallery in dec 2015. Device price was rs. 3, 499/-. I paid for the device plus 1 year advance rental plan rs. 7, 963/-. Now after 6 months the company says that i have to buy the new 4g device in order to continue the service. I said that its your fault that you are shutting down the service why should i bear the loss. You should have informed me while selling that the device will work only for 6 months. Now all my money paid for device and 1 year rent will be total waste. Its clear case of fraud. Cheating customers by threatening them of service termination. I want from reliance either they change my device free of cost or refund my full money. Was this information helpful? | |||
