[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Sold a Sim for Rs.300/- but services not provided.

On 13, 14 September, contacted by Mktg. Exec. Ms. Mansi ([protected])for better services in less payment to my mobile [protected] by Reliance. She advised to provide 2 photograph, a copy of Aadhar Card and Rs.300/- against 4G Sim.
On 14-9-16 Mr. Shiv ([protected]) approached from Reliance. I handed over required docs. and Rs.300/- against receipt No.CIL 10903 with a 4G/LTE Sim No.[protected]R.
On 18-9-16 received call from [protected] who advised me to Port my No. and send details. I Ported and sent detail as Port Code DD679314 dt.18/9 with availability upto 04/10/16 by SMS to Caller & Ms.Mansi .
On 21-9 & 03-10-16 Email sent to gic.[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@ relianceada.com but reply not received.
On 25, 27 Sep & 1st October spoken to Ms. Mansi but nothing happened.
On 04-10 Email sent to both addressee to refund Rs.300/- and take back their Sim, but reply not received.
On 11 & 15-10 I tried to lodge my complaint but it was not registered due to some reason.

Dear Sir.
I was contacted from [protected] on 19-10-16 at about 1130 Hrs. I am sorry, she was totally unknown about my complaint.
She was not known that the company has sold me a 4G Sim for Rs.300/-(which is not in practice by the other company) for a new connection on PORT from Aircel. Connection is not provided after informing the PORT details and several request on phone.
I feel cheated for buying a sim for Rs.300/- which is of no use.
Now what is the solution ???

Dear Sir
There is no progress on my complain. No one contacted me to inform that Rs.300/- paid by me will be refunded and the SIM provided will be taken back.
Instead I was contacted from No.[protected], [protected] (Mktg Exec from Delhi) Ms. Mansi, requesting me to Port again from Airtel and this time there will be no problem, but it is not acceptable as my present problem with Reliance is not sorted out. Other than Ms. Mansi no one has behaved in a well manor with me.
Yesterday on 24/10 i got a call from [protected] at about 8 pm. since I was boarding a train I requested to call after 2 hrs. He called me at about 10pm but only informed that he is from Reliance, Mumbai and disconnected. I tried to contact him twice at the same time but no one pickup the phone.
I will again request to please sort out the problem and refund my money.

Dear Sir,
I have already informed in my complain to you and your customer services that due to failure of your promises i do not want to go with Reliance.
You are requested to kindly close that matter by collecting your sim from me and refunding Rs.300/-to me at the earliest.
