Dear Sir/Madam,
1. My relationship number is[protected]
2. I have already requested in writing for termination of my two reliance postpaid mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] and have asked for refund of security deposit for ISD services of rs 2000/- (I still hold the receipt of the security refund)at the Nagrota, Jammu office.But no action has yet been taken.
3. I have again received monthly bills for the above mentioned two numbers.
4. Please help to resolve my problem.I want immediate termination of my two numbers and refund of Rs 2000/- security deposit.
