[Resolved] Reliance Communications — unable to port number | |||
I want to port my reliance gsm sim as the network is not available in my area. But when i am sending the port message to 1900, i get reply "insufficient balance. Please recharge to avail the service". I am having current main balance more than ₹100/- but every time the same message i am getting. Also i am not able to talk to any customer care executive as they have very cleverly hidden the option to talk to them. I am very much frustrated as the network signal is not coming and i am not getting many otp required for my work. Request you to please resolve the problem asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
