Reliance Communications — unable to port or use 4g

Reliance communication immediately stopped all voice services and my main balance is around 1600.. I am unable to put a data pack.. Nor port out.. They have shut down their outlets... Their customer care has no option to speak to an executive... What do i do with that 1600.. Pathetic telecom service.. Without even sending a message saying that their services would be stopped... Help me out of this... My reliance number is [protected]..

Updated by transhem Until now they haven't gotten back... I had to forgo my 1600 and ported my number to Vodafone... Pathetic company where they existed only because of customers...
