Reliance Communications — unutilized prepaid balance

I am a reliance mobile prepaid user. Cell no.[protected]. Along with me 4 more family members of mine are users of the same service provider with various prepaid topup balances and unused data..
Today we are forced to migrate to another telecom operator as reliance communication apparently seems to be winding up their operations as per market information. Reliance has provided us with porting request codes.
My services have been discontinued for the last 2 days despite having adequate mobile prepaid balance. Can anybody throw some light whether the unused prepaid balance will now be transferred to the new telecom operator to whom i am forced to migrate. What happens to the balance of all my 5 mobile no's which is approx. Rs.2000+.
I feel trai should look into this matter as there will be lakhs of users like me who will loose our hard earned money for no fault of ours. Request trai to pass some directives to this effect.
