Reliance Communications — upc code not received

As your service shutting down, till date i'm not received any port code, also i'm not getting your network hence unable to send sms to getting a port code. My mobile # [protected]. I already paid all of your bill. I also made extra payment like every time.

It's my humble request from your old postpaid customer to you please send me a port code for changing operator and make my life simple.
