[Resolved] Reliance Communications — why dont you take responcibility to serve customer paying 1070 per month, | |||
Hi, This is siva my details Account No :[protected] Mobile No :[protected](netconnect number), bangalore, karnataka, I bought Reliance netconnect device on 9/25/2013, from 3rd month device not working properly, what i requested is to replace the device, reliance people not interested to resolve issue, even in guarantee period they are not supporting properly, reliance people just redirecting me to go and get service from ZTE service centre, i have no direct relation with ZTE company and ZTE people asking me bill of device purchase which i don't have, and reliance people don't support in the issue, in fact reliance has every details of customer because i purchased from reliance not from ZTE. and ZTE executives asking me to pay 750 Rs for new device because i dont have the bill, surprising thing is seller(reliance) and producer of device(ZTE) don't share customer info then how can they serve customer with out coordination, now a days even 150Rs faulty pendrive (sandisk) also replacing immediately why cant you people not support customer pays around 1070Rs per month, i tried reliance customer care informed about situation many times but no resolution, i willingly stopped paying dues until issue resolved, Now they sent me court pre litigation notice, my question is simple why should i bear loss of faulty device price, i have no issue to pay dues but i want working device, just replace the faulty device, otherwise i am ready to fight in court Was this information helpful? | |||
