[Resolved] Reliance Communications — wireline broadband connection termination | |||
I requested reliance communications to cancel my fixedline and broadband and account on may 31st, 2017. I was notified at that time that i had two accounts on my name and requested reliance to cancel the both accounts. I received a confirmation email from the company that the account was closed on june 9th and yet i received a bill for july. I called the customer service again and now their story is that the broadband account is not closed only the landline account is closed. Reliance is not terminating the account even after multiple requests. They are giving the run around and the customer service reps cant seem to do much.
